Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Expands its Bankruptcy Practice Group

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Expands its Bankruptcy Practice Group with the Addition of David Stratton and Leah Eisenberg. 

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. continues the strategic growth of its bankruptcy practice group with the addition of Chambers-ranked David B. Stratton, who joined as Special Counsel in June, and Leah M. Eisenberg, who joined as Partner in September. Together with four associates who also joined throughout the year, the practice group has expanded to 11 full-time members, led by chair John W. Weiss. With offices in New York City, New Jersey, and Delaware, the group serves clients throughout the country in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights matters.     The practice group was recently honored by being named a finalist for the Dealmakers award by the New Jersey Law Journal as part of its 2024 New Jersey Legal Awards. In addition, TMA member Richard C. Solow, associate at Pashman Stein, was named recipient of the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2024 Unsung Hero award in recognition of his behind-the-scenes efforts, which have contributed to the practice group’s success.
