Gibbons P.C. is excited to welcome Katharina Earle as a Director in its Wilmington, Delaware, office. Ms. Earle will join the firm from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where she represented debtors, creditors, investors, and other parties on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and other related matters. She is an active TMA member and will be serving on the 2024 TMA Global International Committee.
At Gibbons, Ms. Earle will be a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group, as well as the firm’s German Practice Team. Ms. Earle is a native of Berlin, Germany, and throughout her career has frequently counseled German and other international clients on U.S. legal matters. The Gibbons German Practice includes attorneys dedicated to serving clients from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria who have business interests in the United States. Clients range from new entrants into the U.S. marketplace to established international companies with businesses around the world, representing the manufacturing, machinery, optics, pharmaceutical, chemicals, steel, banking, and insurance industries, with a focus on closely held “Mittelstand” companies, but also including public corporations.

Prior to her time at Faegre Drinker, Ms. Earle was an associate at Ashby & Geddes, P.A., and before that she clerked for Judges Mary F. Walrath and Kevin Gross in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
